"Rive City Brass Band "founded in 1981, is comprised of 25 btass players and 3 percussionists. RCBB combines the richness of a symphyony orchestra, the intimacy of a chamber ensemble, the toe-tapping brilliance of a military band, and the swinging sound of a big band. the River city brass band provides quality entertainment that is accessible and meaningful to a variety of audiences.
Building upon the long standing tradition of brass bands, RCBB performs a sweeping repertoire: American tunes, Big Band swing and jazz, music from Broadway and hollywood, classical and contemporary masterworks, and traditional marches.
